To help you get the most out of your visit, we’ve gathered all the key information for each of our activities in one convenient place. Every booking is a little different, and we want to make sure you have details that are accurate, relevant, and specific to the experience you’ve chosen. We’ve centralised everything here for you. So before you arrive, please take a moment to look over the information for your particular activity. This will help you know exactly what to expect, what to bring, and how to prepare.

Refunds
- Refunds are not permitted in line with our T&C’s.
On The Day
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your session start time.
- Your booking confirmation will act as your ticket. Please ensure you have this ready to show staff on entry.
- Locker tokens can be purchased from our machines in Skate Hire for 50p (coin and contactless card). Tokens are 1 use only.
- On-ice equipment is sold on a first come first serve basis for £5 from Skate Hire.

On The Day
- Please be aware that the start and end of your booked session are peak times and queues are likely.
- You may attend any public skating session on the day of your booking. Times of the available sessions are listed below. Note that these sessions are accessible to all venue users, and are not exclusive to Santa’s Grotto visitors.
– 21st December, 10:30am-12:30pm & 2:30pm-4:30pm
– 22nd December, 9:30am-10:30am, 11:30am-1pm & 2pm-3:30pm
– 23rd December, 9:30am-10:30am, 11:30am-1pm & 2pm-3:30pm - Accompanying adults visit the Grotto for FREE but will need to book public skating tickets (unless your child is aged 5 and under and then you get one free pass for an adult instead).
- On-ice equipment can be purchased from Skate Hire for £5. It is sold on a first come first serve basis.
- Your booking confirmation will act as your ticket. Please ensure you have this ready to show staff on entry.
Arrival & Collection
- Drop-off: 08:30
- Collection: 17:30
- Please enter via the public skating entrance on Bolero Square for both drop-off and pick-up.

- Please ensure you have completed the registration form prior to the day.
Food & Drinks
- Hot lunch and snacks provided, but feel free to bring a packed lunch and a water bottle.
Clothing & Equipment
- Our Holiday Club includes a wide range of sporting activities, so children should wear comfortable and suitable clothing.
- For off-ice activities, t-shirts, leggings, shorts, or jogging bottoms are ideal, paired with trainers for safe movement. As part of the day includes ice skating, we suggest bringing extra layers such as a hoodie or fleece to keep warm on the ice.
- Children may bring their own ice skates, but skates will be provided if needed.

- Please bring suitable clothing (e.g., trainers) for off-ice activities.
