Competition Terms & Conditions
Introduction:
Welcome to the “Anyone Can Skate” Competition (the “Competition”). This Competition is organised by The National Ice Centre (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
Eligibility:
• The Competition is open to individuals of all ages, those who are under the age of 18 years (as of the date of entry) will require parental/guardian consent to enter and take part.
• Employees of The National Ice Centre and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
• Multiple entries will not be counted.
• A email address is required for account registration and lesson progress updates.
Competition Period:
The Competition starts on 24/06/2024 and closes on 05/07/2024. Winners will be announced after the closing date.

Prize:
• The winner will receive 6-week’s of free ice skating lessons with The National Ice Centre.
• The exact number and duration of lessons will be determined at the discretion of The National Ice Centre.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random and will be contacted directly. The winner announcement will be made on our social media by the 10/06/2024.
Social Media Usage:
The winner agrees to be followed and documented by our social media team throughout their ice skating journey. This may involve filming, photography, and interviews for future marketing purposes.
General Terms:
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify the Competition at any time without prior notice.
• We are not responsible for any technical malfunctions or other issues that may prevent entries from being submitted.
• We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
• All decisions related to the Competition are final and binding.

We will collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
